Problems with Sleep

Sleep details don't appear in the Dashboard display and the actual sleep hours shown in the Log page differ from the logged hours on my One device - for example the timer showed I had activated sleep for 7 hours last night but the Log display showed 9 hours.

@Marc789 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is strange. I recommend to perform a restart on your tracker to better the data tracking for your sleep hours. Also, to fix those incorrect sleep logs, I recommend you to edit them for you to have the right data. After the restart, the sleep should be working properly.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Very Happy

Reset the Fitbit and now the sleep data appears in the Dashboard display but now it records me as going to sleep almost immediately I go to bed. For example the last two nights it said I was asleep after 5 minutes or so but in both cases it was more than an hour before I actually went to sleep. And then it records restlessness at a very high rate, like 90% of the time asleep when previous logs show it to be about 60% of sleep time.
