Red exclamation mark when trying to sync

When I check my fitbit app on my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, following the initial sincing, I get a red exclamation mark instead of the sinc emblem at the top right of phone screen. I've tried restarting phone and updating the app but nothing has worked. Any ideas? Thanks

@jenniebee, welcome to the forums!

If your One isn't synchronizing, you may need to force-sync your tracker. Follow these instructions to get Fitbit Connect:

1. Go to http://www.fitbit.com/setup
2. Select which version of Fitbit Connect that suits your computer
3. Click "Download for (Mac, Mac 10.5, Windows 10, PC, or Windows XP)"
4. Download and install
5. Follow the instructions onscreen to sync your One tracker

Keep me posted :D:)I hope I helped!
