I want to give my Fitbit One to my wife to use as she's lost hers.
I removed the device from my account, removed her old One from her account and then went to 'Set up a Device' in the Fitbit App logged in as her. However, I can't get past the screen that says 'Unable to access the Fitbit Dongle' - if I put in the dongle it says it can't find the device ('Bluetooth is either turned off or not available on your device') and if I don't put the dongle in (the device used to sync on wifi) then it still can't find the device. The device is on and working but still has my data even though I went through the Factory Settings reset. What am I doing wrong???

How are you trying to set up - mobile device or computer? Android, iOS or Windows?
