Sorry. I should have said those of us who use iOS as opposed to Android.

There's an update to the Fitbit app (version 2.40) in the iPhone app store
as of a few hours ago that that has "bug fixes and performance
improvements". Hopefully it addresses this issue!

Downloaded and installed @AlJB.  I turned off "all day sync" in version 2.39 to get back to 5+ day battery life compared to the less than two days with all day sync on.  I was two days into my second test of that setup when 2.40 came out yesterday and still had a full battery according to the app.  Turned all day sync back on now that I've installed 2.40 and will see how it goes.

I do hope this fixes the problem but I know a lot of developers are busy updating their apps to work with the new iOS 11 that is coming out soon -- maybe even today (I updated over 20 apps yesterday!).  I expect we will all be seeing a few new bugs in iOS apps for a while.

None of this is helping. Ready to go out and buy an Apple Watch. So brutal. Mine is 4 months old

I think iPads run on the same iOS as iPhones? Hopefully yesterday's update will work for you too!

Have you updated it recently, like yesterday?

Forget an Apple Watch. It holds a charge for about 5 hours on the exercise mode. It is cute but no replacement for my One. I love my Dick Tracy moments but it is not an exercise replacement for Fitbit.

@anndynes - I agree about Apple Watch.  AW3 looks pretty cool, and you could have some real Dick Tracy moments with that one as it can work as a stand-alone phone, but same battery life issues.

I'm hoping the update from Monday did the trick. I've now have full battery
for over 24 hours and it synced very quickly.

My download did not take ("interrupted" I was told) but it is nice to know that Fitbit has a plan. Will try again.

I turned off All Day Synch tonight.

I did the update yesterday while the battery was at 3/4 and it was dead tonight.

so, lets hope that works, at least. 😕

Not sure what I will do. I have an idea of what I do during the day. I don't like wearing a watch or bracelet and prefer the clip on.
