fitbit one-mine is blank. According to the iphone screen and on line app,the battery is a medium level. It wont synch. Im on vacation and need this to work! I love my fitbit!

Have you done a restart?
Sometimes doing it a few times helps. You need to see the Version flash on the unit or it did not take.

my One had just gone blank 2 days ago. Tried your suggestion with re-start and it is back working!! Thanks tons!!!
