Screen has gone blank

fitbit one-mine is blank. According to the iphone screen and on line app,the battery is a medium level.  It wont synch. Im on vacation and need this to work! I love my fitbit!

Have you done a restart?

Sometimes doing it a few times helps. You need to see the Version flash on the unit or it did not take.

MAGIC! right after I read your email I checked it again and its working! And it synched.The letters on the screen are larger, so maybe there was an update?  Ill save your email just in case I need it again.  thanks for the quick response JACQUI
