I cannot update because I get a message to remove Fitbit Connect from my computer "or anything else that might be trying to use the fitbit base station"!

 

I do not have Fitbit Connect on my computer.

 

Anything else?! What might that be?

@john1a - I removed your post for better visibility and since it's not related to a firmware issue.

That's strange that you are being told to remove Fitbit Connect and you don't have it. Can you explain a bit more about the error message you see and what are you attempting to do?

Are you syncing with the windows app normally? It's possible they may be interfering with each other.

Lol, not related to firmware upgrade, except that is exactly what I was trying to do, and it won't let me until I remove Fitbit Connect, which I don't have, "or any other apps" trying to use the Fitbit Base Station.


Now I can't upgrade the firmware, or sync.
