Hey Everyone,

 

Is there any way to get the serial number for a One tracker without the box? (I need it for work.) Is the technique described here valid for a One tracker:

On the dashboard Click on Settings. then on the left hand side click on Devices. Then click in the device. the Number at the end of the URL is the number you need

 Thank you for your response.

 Unfortunately, we are not able to share this internal information about the tracker. If you need help with an order, troubleshooting, setup, or account related inquiry, we can fully assist you using the email address associated with your Fitbit account.

 On the other hand, the link on The community you provided will give you the Wire ID of your Fitbit One that you can also use for the tracker's information to be given to your employer.

 We hope this helps. Please feel free to email us so we can further help you.
