Setting Up Fitbit One

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I recently had to take my Fitbit One off my account and am now trying to add it back.

Using the Windows 10 App on my PC, the Fitbit One pairs and is recognized, but the four-digit code does not appear on the device.

Using Fitbit Connect on my PC, the device is not recognized at all.

The device is not recognized on my tablet either.

The dongle is installed and the device is fully charged.  It is showing an incorrect time.  I have restarted the device, but that does not affect the behavior above.

Help and advice needed.  Thanks.

Hi @volchief, welcome to the Community! Robot Happy Let me ask you something, have you make sure that on your PC you have the latest version of the Fitbit Connect Software? also, have you checked if is there an update for the Fitbit app on your tablet? I know there are so many questions, hehe, but we have to make sure that you have your devices updated to locate the tracker and complete the set up process.

Let me know the outcome! So I can continue helping you out. Woman Happy
