Setting up a new Fitbit one

I am replacing a list Fitbit with a Fitbit one.....I followed directions to go into my account, but it won't load

Welcome to the Community @LannRobot LOL First of all, you have to make sure that you are setting up your tracker with a compatible device.  Then please make sure you follow the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit posts to do it on iOS, Android device or computer.
