I have a Fitbit One. I find that when I change the end time of my sleep, the data inexplicably changes.
I slept from 11PM till 6AM but forgot to turn off the sleep activity till 8AM. When I looked at the first set of data with 8AM cutoff, it said I had only 5 awake times. When I changed the cutoff to 6AM, it said I had 15 awake times. I looked at the time period from 2AM to 5AM and the data for that time differs greatly among sleep, restless and awake. Why would that be true? I makes me doubt the data. The setting is set for sensitive, but either way I would not think the data for a time frame that did not involve the cutoff time would be identical. If that is not so, why not?

@Mons_mons Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you have had with sleep logs.
The data shown should be correct. It depends a lot on what sleep setting you are using. In this case it is sensitive. I'd recommend trying to use the normal setting and check if that will track your sleep more accurately.
You could also restart your One in case you really think it is not tracking data correctly. That should certainly help out as well.
Keep me posted!

I don't really understand the normal setting. I think I need more detail. However, your answer did not respond to my question, regarding changing the end time from 8AM to 6AM and having data from 2-5AM change on the 2 readings. To my understanding, the data from 2-5AM should remain the same. Why would it change?

@Mons_mons Thanks for your reply! In this case, is it possible that you could share a screen shot showing the difference you see when you edit the sleep log? That way I can check further on that and provide you more insights about it.
Also, have you tried editing another sleep log to see if the same will happen?
Keep me posted!

Here are two versions of sleep for last night. I changed start and end times as you can see from the images. Why are the awake times from 1AM till 5AM different? Should they not be identical for that time frame? Before time change
After time changeThis happens quite consistently if I've had a bad night.

Haven't heard anything regarding my sleep stats. The problem is I keep forgetting to turn off the activity so I go in and edit the times. Then it seems the data changes. Before time update
