Bought my Alta flex in February and I loved the fact that when I went to line chart and touched a line it would tell me what time I was either awake, restless, or asleep, then I could touch the next line and see what time came next, so could see from what time to what time I was awake, asleep, or restless, it does not do that anymore, why not????, if it is due to an update I wish you could put that feature back as I relied on that to help minute my actual sleep time length with my physician

There is a post in the dashboard with close to 900 posts from customers expressing their displeasure with the March update and fitbit has done nothing to rectify the situation. I believe they are going to lose many customers due to this fiasco.

I agree with other users about the problem with changes to the sleep tracker detail. The old detail showing the time of night the movements occurred was extremely helpful and a major reason I love my Fitbit One. I also have been battling insomnia for many years and need the data given by the sleep tracker to determine what time of the evening my sleep is disturbed. Without that detail, I don't see much point in wearing the arm band at all. Taking that detail away is about as bad as if you did the same thing to the activity tracking graph during the day. Cant understand what your reasoning was in removing it. Please, please, please put the sleep tracker minute by minute detail back, just as it is available for the daytime activity.

WendyB you are WRONG to say that there is "a lot more info" now. Fitbit has taken away all the meaningful information. Now we don't even get a summary sleep graph on the dashboard! And I have to click through TWO additional screens to see even a fraction of the information I used to get.
I'm still resentful that my old, fantastic dashboard was forcefully taken away from me. Now you've removed the most helpful piece of information I got from Fitbit. You've earned 0 for customer service, and I'll be posting this everywhere I can.
BRING BACK THE SLEEP TRACKING INFORMATION TO THE DASHBOARD!
