My FitBit One which I got for Christmas last year has today stopped syncing steps - just steps, the calories burned seem to be showing fine - to my iPhone 6S and my iPad. The tracker is registering them and yes, I've reset it, I've reset both gadgets and still nothing. Any clues? Is there a phone number (I'm in UK) for customer services in case no-one has solved this particular problem. It's a real pain!
Thanks

Hi @Chezzyp. The first thing I would try again is to restart your tracker, using the instructions in How do I restart my tracker, perhaps holding the button down a little longer, 20 seconds or so until you git to see "Fitbit 6.60" on your One's display.
The other point I want to highlight is that Fitbit trackers, as far as I know, use single-channel Bluetooth connectivity, such that it can only have a live connection with one device at a time. So if you're attempting to sync with your iPad when you still have a live connection on your phone, it will not work. Temporarily turning off Bluetooth on your phone when attempting to sync with your iPad should allow your iPad sync to work.
The document I can't sync my tracker offers many more tips that you may want to try. These syncing issues are usually pretty easily rectified, so I'm confident that one of these troubleshootips will work out. Please let us know how it goes. Cheers!
