My Fitbit One won't sync on my Mac. Syncs just fine on I Phone. From the Fitbit.com /set up I download Fitbit Connect for Mac. Everything downloads just fine. Problem is Final download Is in Spanish. No place during download to specify language. No place in Spanish download to change language. Can you help getting my Mac to sync?

Okay, I think I understand. It is not a sync problem, it is a language problem. I have no idea why it has downloaded in Spanish for you... Are you currently in Spain?

Hi, @carlislesnell , I am not sure that I understand your problem. Is it that you cannot sync, or that the language is Spanish and you would like it to be English?
