Too many alarms

I cannot seem to get into alarms to delete alarms. I keep getting a pop up box telling me I have eight alarms and I need to delete some. Then poof -- nothing happens. Tried turning off my One, can't seem to find an alarm place in my online profile, everything syncs OK -- that's the extent of my knowledge. Anyone else had this problem?

Silet alarms is under settings then devices at the very top

It must sync before it takes place. Use the arrow on the right hand side to open it up. Then go in a select to turn them off

Got it eventually.  Not quite as you suggested but it gave me the courage to look harder.  Didn't realize another screen would pop up when I touched the actual picture of the Fitbit One in the upper left hand corner of the screen.  It's all easy if you know how!  Thanks!
