$100 for a product that does not work straight out of the box. STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. Charged for hours, ran through full setup and does not turn on. Just totally tired of new cheap technology. Help????

Has it shown any signs of life at all? Did it show the battery meter when plugged into the charger?
I'm just wondering if it's failed to charge or if it's just dead.

If it's dead then a restart is the first thing to try:

Give this a few tries though as it's been known to not work first time.

Shows me this first.... Then shows me the full battery life second. Has no response or life without
being attached to the computer.

Hi, @Runner4321 , have you tried the restart recommended by @SteveH ? You have to do this procedure while it is still plugged in, and sometimes you need to hold the button for considerably longer than the 10 -12 seconds recommended. After that, when you take it off the charger the screen should be blank except when you press the button.
Hopefully the restart will get it going. Generally speaking the One is a very reliable product and rated by the Journal of American Medicine as one of the most accurate trackers on the market. If yours doesn't work after the restart, Customer Support will sort it out.
