I've somehow gotten it to sync twice today, the last time at 12:25 p.m. It worked fine until 8:00 p.m. last night.
Best AnswerI called 877-623-4997 and Kevin from the support team was able to help me get it working. After trying numerous things, there was an update for the Fitbit app on my phone that I needed to run.
Best AnswerMy Galaxy-5 also dropped the link to my One, sometime on Monday 9 Jan 17 ... after a phone update. I figured that might be the issue. So I uninstalled FitBit app; then reinstalled it - all the time with Bluetooth 'on'. Still no success. I even attempted a remedy using desktop, but to no avail!
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Best AnswerThe same is happening on my ONE device. Won't sync. It last synced on Jan. the 14th around 5:30 pm EST and now it's 10:40pm on 1/15.
I tried logging out of my account on the app and signing back in multiple times and it still won't sync with ONE. That used to work prior to the app update but hasn't worked despite multiple tries today.
