My phone is not able to find my tracker. My tracker is not accepting charge .I Uninstaller and reinstall. Without any luck.

@Hardass Thanks for being part of the Fitbit Community! That is very strange! I recommend performing a restart on your Fitbit One. This should fix any trouble you may be experiencing. 

 

Then, try these syncing steps for your tracker to update the data!
