Hi @kadubb. Unfortunately, this feature (to track special food items) is no longer available. I don't mean to lecture you, but providing you with a tool to track it may not be the right way to stop it drinking it. If you want to track it, then it means that you still want to consume it. If you just stop buying it, then you won't need to keep track of the quantity your drink. For what's worth, I had a similar issue and switching to carbonated water helped me kick the habit. Fast forward three years, and I still on lemon-flavored carbonated water, and don't miss the taste of Diet Coke a bit.

Thanks. I assumed the option wasn't available, but wanted to reconfirm.

Ah yes, that is true - but it's also true that once in a while you can have something that's technically "not good for you". I drink 9-11 cups of water every day, so a DC once a week or so isn't something I'm all that worried about. (But do want to make sure it stays like that!)
Thanks.

I agree with you @kadubb. But let's be realistic - if all you intend to have is one DC/week, then a DC tracker will be pretty useless, don't you agree?
I am not a big fan of Dr. Oz, but I inadvertently came to his show a while back when flipping from one station to another, and the subject was about DC and watched the program for a few minutes. I only caught the last segment of it; and basically his conclusion was that just one DC is one too many; the same as one cigarette is one too many.
Have a nice day.

I am not able to enter it with a decimal point so I have to leave it blank..any help would be appreciated..
