Hi @NSta - Amazon offers a dongle that works with several older Fitbit devices, including the One. You can check that out. But I’m surprised your other dongles do not work. You may want to do some “googling” to see if there are other factors that may be the cause. Wish I could be more help but I’m afraid I have not used a One in many years.

Fitbits occasionally get in a confused state. I'd try restarting the tracker.

Thanks very much for your reply. I tried that but it still reject pairing, but is transferring info from the fitbit tracker to my phone app!

Are you trying to pair the Fitbit One through the Bluetooth? A user will not be able to do this and should see a message of rejected by the One.
