Weekly report shows no data

My weekly report is missing data for 6 out of 7 days and the one day that does show up hasn't incorrect/under reported data. Opening app and looking at those days also reports the same information. When I open app and click on sync it takes a while to sync and when it finishes the previously empty/under reported days finally show correct info. Shouldn't the One sync automatically every so often?

@suezieq777 Thanks for joining the Fitbit family! Your One will sync automatically if you use Fitbit Connect and have a dongle plugged in to your computer. It will sync automatically every 15 to 30 minutes if the tracker is nearby your computer.

 

Now, if you use the Fitbit app, it will sync every time you open the app. It will also sync periodically throughout the day if you have All-Day sync turned on. 

 

To prevent that from happening again, I recommend syncing your tracker once or twice a day to have all the information updated and for the weekly report to show accurate data.
