I've noticed over the course of just the last two weeks, my FitBit One battery is not lasting as long as it previously was. I got all the tips of what to do or not to do from support, but I have not changed anything about the way I use my FitBit One, so why suddenly would the battery not be lasting? It used to last up to two weeks before I had to charge the device.
Is this another example of built in obsolescence? Why can't they make a device with an exchangeable battery (like old watch batteries)? I spoke to another person with a FitBit One and she is also suddenly experiencing the same problem. We've both had our devices a little over a year.

Are you using the iOS app? If so, you're probably affected by a known bug that's causing battery drain with the One. See this thread for the latest updates from the moderators:
