doesnt work

I recently got a fitbit one and i tried turning it on and it didn't work, so i charged for bout 5 hours but it never charged, and the box said it came with a clip to put on your pockets and a wrist band but it didn't get a wrist band. How do i fix it so that it would charge? Thanks

First off where did yo get it from? If you didn't get a wrist band take it back to where you got it or contact support

But when puttng it in the charger It will make a click. The contacts on the back and the contacts on the charger need to match
