fitbit not syncing to app

when i open the ios app and pull screen down to sync it just keeps saying looking & nothing syncs

my fitbit is next to me and bluetooth is on it just not syncing? 

the info on my fitbit is all correct for the day

I have the same problem. I have followed all the steps that Fitbit suggests and still no luck! My fitbit one is also not syncing with my computer. This is very frustrating!

I also am having the same problem, I have been trying to sync my Fitbit One all day, and it still is not working ! I don't know what else to try ? 😟
