fitbit one cant get it into sleepmode after day three

scroll through options but sleep mode not there. rember when setting up the various symbols came up but cant find that option anymore, seem to remember something about hold down for 3 seconds but that doesn't work?

Welcome to the forums!

You only see sleep mode on the dashboard not the unit is self.

Yes if you hold down the button you should hear a Buzz and if you look at the unit a timer should be going.

Do the same to stop it. This can also be used for exercise.
