I have a replacement One that I received a couple of months ago it has now started losing/ not charging I have a low battery message when I get up and charge it before I leave the house. It appears to charge in less than 3 minutes going from low to full but within an hour it has gone to low again. I have cleaned the contacts, switched it off and on, I have uninstalled on my laptop and re installed still no improvment. To get through a day Im having to charge it 3 times any help appreciated
