hello, I have restarted my fitbit 1 about a half a dozen times, moved other electronic devices far away, even restarted the laptop but my fitbit one will not
sync or update, can not locate tracker ???
the tracker is fully charged and in the charging cable
have had problem synching before but restarting the fitbit always resolved problem
Please help me, unable to find answer in the forum. I am using laptop with Windows 10

First things first, are you able to sync normally, as in without updating?
Also, have you ever had any major problem in the past with syncing or updating you’re One?

yes yo both questions but usually restarting fibit would solve the problem. would window 10 update have anything to do with it ? since have used fibits , abut 5 years now, was never notified about a update for fitbit

Another thing, are you able to sync the one to another device? (Phone, friends computer)
if so try deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app on you’re computer.
if that is not the problem, I suggest contacting Fitbit support here: Get Support
