my fitbit one will only show fitbit 664 then full battery symbol.

then nothing ive tried to reset as directions say but still nothing 

ive updated what am i missing is it broke

Yesterday, 4/28/20, my Fitbit One suddenly stopped working.  Get nothing.  Not even the battery symbol when plugged in.  Won't turn on at all.  It is old so I suspect it is just worn out.  Is the Inspire the only one now that you do not have to wear on your wrist like a watch?

@tee1970  It sounds like it is done for my it RIP.

 

@Replay888  Yes the Inspire is the only one where you can buy a clip holder for it. Has to be the Plain Inspire not the one with HR. Clip is bought seperately

@tee1970 you didn't specify if this message appears only when charged or in an isolated state. if only doing this when plugged in (receiving power), your battery is dead and you'll need to replace your tracker or the battery (see @PureEvil post with detailed instructions). otherwise, contact Fitbit and they may give you a nice discount on a new tracker. if it's showing this message while not connected to the charging cable it's likely a circuitry issue and wouldn't be repairable, still, I'd try performing a reset in this case.
