iOS app missing tiles

My Fitbit app is no longer showing several tiles (steps, stairs, miles, etc). This is occurring on multiple devices. I thought I might have accidentally unchecked the tiles, but when I go into Edit from my dashboard screen all these options are gone so I can't reselect them. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my iPhone. That didn't work so checked the app on my iPad. As it loaded, I saw the tiles briefly before they disappeared. Same thing occurred on my work iPhone. The tiles are missing from the dashboard and not available to select when I click Edit.

Hi @Tabby0704 welcome to the Forums! hmmm this sounds indeed odd. Robot Frustrated Lets try to log out from your account and then log back in. If that doesn't work, try something else, on both devices, on your iPad and your iPhone, please uninstall the Fitbit app, reboot both devices and once they are rebooted, please reinstall the Fitbit app. 

 

Let me know if the tiles are back or not. Smiley Very Happy

I attempted the reinstall and reboot but didn't work. I was able to get it back by 1) unregistering the Fitbit 2) reinstall the app on each device 3) re-add the Fitbit 4) when setup finished the tiles were back and I just had to reorder tiles. 5) log back in to the other devices

Thanks for getting back to me @Tabby0704Smiley LOL Wow!I can see you tried several steps to get back the tiles, that's great! however, I want to confirm something, are you still having this issue and you have to follow the steps you posted every time to get the tiles back? or this was finally resolved and the tiles won't disappear?

All the tiles are back and I have had no re-occurrence over the last few days. So it appears my issue is resolved. Thanks
