Hi @Tabby0704 welcome to the Forums! hmmm this sounds indeed odd. Lets try to log out from your account and then log back in. If that doesn't work, try something else, on both devices, on your iPad and your iPhone, please uninstall the Fitbit app, reboot both devices and once they are rebooted, please reinstall the Fitbit app.
Let me know if the tiles are back or not.

Wow!I can see you tried several steps to get back the tiles, that's great! however, I want to confirm something, are you still having this issue and you have to follow the steps you posted every time to get the tiles back? or this was finally resolved and the tiles won't disappear?
