Hey everyone,
last friday I went for 2 walks and recorded them using the fitbit app on my phone. Both walks can be consulted on the phone but using the Windows 10 app on my computer and the web based log, the 2nd walk is nowhere to be found! Any ideas on how that's possible or what i can do about it?
I've been thinking about deleting the one walk that's visible on all the dashboards (phone, windows app, web) to get the 2nd one (and more intensive & longer ) to appear but i'm concerned the # steps of the 1st will be deleted as well...
Any help will be much appreciated!

Hey, Welcome aboard! Do you still see this walk only on your mobile App?
If you could attach some screenshots would be great. You can try to log in/out from your account for the information to be reloaded. Sometimes it takes longer for the online dashboard to upload the information than on the mobile App.
I'll be waiting for your updates!
