so disappointed

i have spent so much time trying to get this to work. Loading/unloading -- trying to sync, unsync. Seriously, it's just not worth it anymore. I am going to go find some other device to use to count steps. 

There should have been more communication to users from FitBit and there has been nothing.

I've been having the same issues, and it just started in late August. I'm thinking about doing the same and finding something else, because it isn't worth the frustration. (Even though the previous couple of years was nice)
