My One quit syncing 3 hours ago. It is charged, I've redone the download, I've placed my One next to the dongle, I've restarted my computer and still no sync. I'm assuming there is something wrong on fitbit's end and would like someone to confirm or deny.

After many attempts, no success. Device is still recording, it would seem accurately. This website doesn't appear to have any support function,which surprises me. It's not good enough to leave the "community" ie users/customers to sort everything out.....

HI @sharon160465. If you're syncing with your phone, sometimes just turning Bluetooth OFF and back ON again does the trick. If still no joy, try logging out of your account within the Fitbit app and close the app. Then run the Fitbit app again, sign-back on to your account and force a sync.
