syncing walks

i manually log my walks when it's out of my usual routine so i just tried to sync my second walk of the day but when i synced it didn't add the active minutes it's like 70minutes it didn't add on to the 30mins i manually logged earlier,  is there a maximum number of active minutes u can log?

or u can only manually log 1 walk/exercise a day? can u change a setting so u can log more than one exercise a day?

is there a problem syncing at the moment?

also when i went to log the second walk it was 1hr 13 minutes , when i put in that time only 13 minutes was logged as active minutes, where it should be 73minutes active minutes logged?

Why not use the start stop button to log your walk?

I should not be manually logged. Let Fitbit do the work for you. When it syncs it will show on your dashboard

The manual is here and has a lot of good info in it to help you understand your Device

i do use the start stop button & then i use that info to manually log the walk cos then it goes towards my active minutes and classes as recognised exercise of the day

but why if i log 73minutes of exercise minutes , why is it only logging as 13  active minutes not 73?

If you use the start stop function you should not be manually adding the walk. You are double tracking.

The start stop button should put a record on you exercise log with all the information

Your exercise minutes will only come from the device it self. Wont add by manually adding the activity
