I can no longer see the specific times when I'm awake, restless or asleep. It's a graph but with no detail. How do I get the details?

@ccrand68 Thanks for your reply! I unmarked my answer as the solution, so it is now not the solution.
Yes, the workaround I provided is for the Fitbit App specifically. I thought you were using the Fitbit app on a mobile device.
If you are using the online dashboard to check this data, do the following:
It looks like this:
Sleep Details
It should show the times like that!
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

@ccrand68 Welcome to the Fitbit family! The sleep graph has changed! If you tap the sleep tile and then a sleep log you will only see the total time asleep and your sleep quality by number of times, not specific times anymore.
If you want to check specific times you need to tap the sleep graph at the top, it should expand itself and show the sleep patterns. If you tap an hold on any pattern it should show what kind of pattern is it, how many minutes you were there, and the specific times you were on that pattern. That is how you see that data now!
Hope this helps. Try that out and let me know how it goes!

No, that didn't work on the laptop. I did get it to work on my phone though. And when I tapped "reply" to your message, it recorded it as the solution. It is NOT the solution on the computer. Nothing happens there, guess I'm just stuck.

Got it. The solution DOES work on my phone. And on the computer, the in line dashboard has the data also. Somehow I've got the APP loaded onto my laptop and can only sync by going through the APP. But then I have to also open the online dashboard to see all the data I want to, on the laptop. So I just need to delete the APP from the laptop. And reinstall the Fit bit "program" (NOT the APP). Sheesh! ;-/

@ccrand68 Thanks for your reply! I'm glad to hear it is now working for you!
Yes! You will need to go directly to Fitbit.com and log in to your account there to see the graph I left above. It may be confusing as there is a Fitbit app for Windows 10 as well, but it is still an app! So, yeah, by reinstalling Fitbit Connect you should be able to sync using the online dashboard with no problem!
Also, take a look at the Discussions Board as you will find a lot of interesting things there. Feel free to post on any thread you want. If you are looking for Fitbit friends to compete with on challenges, check this thread to add some!
See you around!

My Fitbit one no longer tracks my sleep. I read the “solution” posted earlier and it didn’t work. Nothing shows up even after clicking the day.

I'm having a similar problem with the Sleep function. The sleep data shows ONLY when I click on the graph, but my sleep TOTALS are completely off.
They show "0 minutes to sleep / 0 awake / 0 restless" but the graph (on computer and phone) shows accurate wake intervals. This happens whether I'm using the Fit One or my Flex 2. It appears to be a software issue.
NOTE: please don't suggest that I view the Sleep Graph. To be clear: the SLEEP TOTAL does not reflect the data in the graph, so the Sleep Log is registering my Sleep Total as the full time I had the Log running. However the Graph clearly shows times awake / restless / asleep.

This doesn't work for me. Any other suggestion?

Since they have changed the way we see this data is there a plan to remove the:
Times awake
times resless
min awake/restless
from the screen of sleep data? Otherwise it just looks like it's not working.
Just a thought

This solution does NOT work for the Microsoft app on windows 10 computer
