001 error on Charge 3

Hi, my charge 3 isn’t working. 

The screen doesn’t do anything and when the side button is pressed once, it just continues to vibrate until I plug it in which stops the vibrating. The screen does nothing this whole time. 

When plugged in, again the screen does nothing at first and when the side button is pressed it just vibrates for as long as I hold it. When it’s been plugged in for long enough, a 001 error comes up on the screen. This error then doesn’t disappear off the screen at all until I guess that it’s dead enough that the screen stops showing it.


Is there anything I can do? I’ve had this for a couple of years from new but it’s barely had any use in that time. Would be nice if I can revive it!
