Could you please let me know if the Charge 4 vibrates when you reach your goals, or when the alarms start?

In the meantime, please try turning the reminder off and on again. Don't forget to sync your Charge 4 after every change. 

OpenHow do I turn reminders to move on or off on my Fitbit device?
