I recently got a Charge HR and my son decided he wanted one too. We got his in this week and the 1st problem is that while on the charger it shows full battery. But when you take it off the charger I get nothing, blank screen and button doesn't do anything. I've reset it and same results. As I was fiddling with trying to get it to work I synced it to my iphone and realized my 2nd problem. Is there a way to have 2 Charge HR's on one account? I had to unpair my original one just to get the new one paired and updated. Any and all help appreciated.

Hi @countrydawg23  you can't have two of any style device on one account. Your son will need his own email address and Fitbit account, but you can share the one phone by logging in and out as needed. When you set up one Fitbit, you need to get any other Fitbit out of range, about twenty five feet. If restarting isn't working for the new Charge HR, did you buy it locally where it can easily be exchanged?

Thanks, that's an easy fix. Now if I can just get the other one to work I'll be doing good.
