After trying to recharge the Charge 2 this is the message that is found briefly on the display.

What you're seeing is the version of the software your Charge 2 currently has. It's the latest one, too.

I am having this message on mine as well.. I charged it last night, went to check it an hour or 2 later and it wouldnt turn on. I can put it back on the charger and it shows battery at about 75%, flashes the 22 55 02 message then goes black unresponsive. Any ideas??

Connect to FitBit Support Staff.

Be prepared to several hour waits for email correspondence.

Did you get the extended warranty?

If so, they will replace.

Restarting does not work, it just goes right back to black screen after the
reboot and unplug
