Have you noticed that Fitbit support could care less about your problems, all they say is here is a 25% discount to buy another watch that will become obsolete or you will have all of your data tracked. This is my last Fitbit, too bad it might have been good at one time.

I never received the discount code email and have gotten in touch with their support to ask for them to resend it. They are telling me that is been 30 days so it’s expired and they won’t resend. Absolutely ridiculous! My watch is still defective because of the inferior design...you’d think they could at least honour their commitment to offer a discount. I shall be telling everyone I know to stay as far away from Fitbit as possible - their customer service is awful.
