250 steps per hour

Does anyone else have an issue where your fitbit will say that you have done 14 of 14 hours with the 250 steps per hour on their wrist, but, when you check the app on your phone it does not agree?  Many times my fitbit will say I did 14/14 yet the app will say i did 13/14

@phylg It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your hourly steps aren't showing on your account correctly. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also refresh the link between them by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Thanks for your input.  I have done as you instructed...now it's a matter of waiting and seeing if this corrected my issue.
