My first charge the battery stopped taking a charge. My second one. Had an update failure and would no longer function. My 3rd charge. The battery started deteriorating fast. To the point that i could actually watch the battery percentage drop every few minutes. Now it wont charge at all. This is on top of multiple faulty bands. All three of these in about a 3 year period. At $200 + a pop. I could have had an iwatch. Extremely disappointed in product. Im now looking at other options

Mine lasted less than 6 months and it's driving my crazy. Is there anything you can do about the battery. I'm looking for somewhat to contact Fitbit but can't find a customer service line. I'm very frustrated and angry about this. my HR2 still works and is 2 years old.

Poor build quality at an inflated price.
