Is it possible to add my husband's Fitbit Charge HR to my account?

Im sorry but no. It uses weight height etc to determine many things.

 

Im pretty sure you and your Husband are not the same Height weight etc.

 

Also steps wound be a disaster. If he does more or less it will override yours.
