I noticed a few people having this same issue with the Fitbit Charge 4 not syncing for weeks, so I wanted to share what seemed to have worked for me FINALLY! What I discovered a few nights ago, in a desperate attempt to not have to buy a new Fitbit, was that once I followed all their recommended steps including resetting the Fitbit and updating the app, there is three options to sync 1st) to a tracker, 2nd) to a phone but it's the 3rd) of also syncing with "Health Connect" app that synced right away after chose that.
