I've just upgraded my phone to a Samsung A70. My Fitbit will sync enough for the data I.e steps etc, but I cannot get it to sync with bluetooth so I receive my messages or who's ringing me.

I've tried all the troubleshooting ideas and am now completely stuck and frustrated.

Is your phone on the supported list? If not all things will not work properly. It takes time to test all the new phones coming out
