Active Minute Daily Goal

I have a FitBit Inspire 2. My question is in regards to my Daily Active Minutes which I set for 30, but often depending on the day have quite a bit more. Although I set it on 30, quite often, it changes back to 22, and I need to change it again. I'm not understanding why it does not stay on the 30, I set it on? Thanks in advance.

Below it does not have a label for Inspire 2 & it won't post unless I click one of the FitBit Charge labels..so I clicked one🙂

Hello @DAMODARAPRIYA

I understand you have an Inspire 2. I see you posted in the Charge 5 forum but no worries I can still answer your question. Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Activity & Wellness. Now tap Daily Activity. I understand your Inspire 2 doesn’t count floors but because it’s left at zero it won’t accept any changes you make to other Activities in the list. So first put down 1 floor then change your Daily Active Minutes (zone mins) to 30 like you want. Don’t change the 1 in the floor. Just leave it. If you turn it back to zero this won’t work. Now tap the today at the bottom of the screen and sync your Inspire 2. 😉 You can check if it stay corrected by following the steps above and if your zone mins still read 30 you did it correctly.
😃 Please let me know if this provided you with the best answer for your question. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for replying so quickly. I already have the floors set on 1, as it
would not accept zero anyway. As a usual thing, it will stay on 30 a few
days, then revert back to 22. I'm am not sure if my activity makes a
difference or not, but my normal is at least 4.50-5+ miles in steps most
days. Attached is a screenshot what I have set. Thanks again for your help
& responding. I just wish it would stay where I set it.🙂
