HI @ninaimam . To activate All Day sync,

  • Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
  • Tap Account at the top, left.
  • Tap the picture of the Charge 3.
  • Scroll down to All Day Sync and tap to set the option to green (on)
  • Tap Account at the top, left, then Back
