Little confused my watch is saying I have done 7/8 active minutes but it not registering on the app! That telling me I’ve done 0/8.
I have tried syncing even re installed the app. It still remains the same.
I’m in a active minute challenge and currently losing as it won’t sync to the phone.
Help!!

I realize this doesn't solve your sync issue, but 7/8 or 0/8 sounds like the hourly activity, i.e. 250+steps per hour.
That is totally separate from active minutes which your challenge could be based on. I don't think there are any challenge possibilities for hourly activity.
So not updating 7/8 I expect has no bearing on your challenge.

I understand that.
I’ve been on a premium challenge with active minutes.
Mine is set to kick in after 10 mins of walking.
Been set the same since I started with Fitbit 3 years ago. I walk too work everyday 30 minutes and it normally picks it up and registers. For 3 days now it hasn’t picked that up or 250 hour steps.
since I posted this yesterday I have also notice that on another premium step challenge (same as workweek hustle) it says I have only done 111 steps. Yet on my step count for yesterday was just over 19,000. Which HAS registered on the app and the workweek hustle.
