Hello everyone,
Looking for some advice regarding HR tracking. I have a Charge 2 currently, have had it for 2 years now. I have a small wrist and have noticed that sometimes, especially during exercise (when I want the HR to be tracking the most), it will simply stop tracking and I get the — symbol. I try to move it around on my wrist to get it to pick back up and this works sometimes, but then I’m off track of the exercise because I’m fiddling with my Fitbit. I also changed my band from the regular band to a metal magnet band to try to adjust it tighter but this only seems to help slightly.
I am also in the market for a newer Fitbit model in the next few months. Tracking HR, step climbing and of course steps in general are my main goals.
Any advice on how to improve the accuracy on my Charge 2, or advice on which device to choose next that will track more accurately on a smaller wrist?
Thanks in advance!

You could try moving it higher up on your forearm, and if needed put a sweat band just below it to keep it from sliding back down.
