My last model was a - Luxe - which turned out to be a little terrorist. Couldn't even sell this thing so I gave it the funeral it deserved....off to the recycling bin. I'm not giving up easily and bought a charge4 because I had a great experience with Charge2 and 3. Yes yes, I am an oldie and a professional Fitbiter. But right away, this thing had attitude - no calorie count.....then the active minutes were gone too, I was on Fitbit support🥴 for 3 weeks via phone and online.....Finally, I was offered to send it in. It came back and I was happy for a little moment. Then it came again, not even trying to be sneaky. Every time after charging, I had to pair it again and again, reset the workouts, reset the notification so on so on. Fitbit definitely keeps me on my toes ( not counting the steps). The moral of the story! After using this really great invention I have to give up before my Fitbit gets replaced by a heart rate monitor.
