Trying to get my son set up charge4 but every time we put age in it says network error. Will allow up to 2008 as birthday change. He is 2010. 
is this device only for use from 13 upwards?

Hi @SunsetRunner  the Ace 3 is for children under 13 (USA) or 16 (some European countries) per the laws of those countries. Other Fitbit devices are for those over those ages.

Our team developed the Ace series for kids and teenagers that must be setup with a Family account as per data protection requirements for every country. . 

Depending on the location we adapt the restrictions according to their requirements. 

That is why we have different ages on different countries.
