Since my Fitbit got updated I can’t set my alarm on App. Only can do directly on watch and doesn’t work half the time. Can’t find directions on how to properly do it. Liked it way better on App. Used it a lot and now I don’t. Really disappointed.

My charge 3 has been collecting dust since they implemented the horrible update that moved it to band only. They've deleted 3 of my posts about this so far because the band is the only way to go in their censored opinion. They don't value our feedback, they aren't caring about how negatively this has impacted the experience. Had I known they were going to release the update and remove key functionality from the watch, I'd have never bout the charge 3 in August. But they will never actually addess the issue and solution of putting alarm setup in BOTH PLACES.

I am very disappointed with the software upgrade. I rely on my silent alarm. It is now very awkward to set and I find that either I am turning it off accidentally or it's turning itself off so does not repeat. Either way it it not working. Would not have updated if I had been aware and will not be buying Fitbit again. Extremely disappointed
